Ulma thermoformer has three packaging methods

Ulma Packaging’s new TFS 200 MSV thermoformer offers modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), skin pack and vacuum pack options, and can be used to package foods and non-food products.

TFS 200 MSV Ulma Packaging’s new thermoformer can be used to package fresh or frozen foods, as well as medical and non-food products. It offers modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), skin pack and vacuum pack options. The formed containers or bases can be filled manually or automatically using robots.

What’s new? The machine, which can perform three methods of packaging.  

Benefits Ease of use. Changing from one packaging method to another requires a simple tooling swap, which takes about 15 minutes. Also, the thermoformer can be used with a variety of rigid and flexible plastic materials, as well as recyclable film and paper board.
