Box-filling systems Dynamic Conveyor is offering new features on its customized systems for filling boxes with injection molded parts. They come in two configurations: side-by-side and in-line. In a side-by-side configuration (shown), the input and output conveyors are next to each other. An in-line setup has two conveyors placed end-to-end with the filling system in the middle. The automated systems provide hours of unattended container filling and smoothly transfer boxes weighing up to 200 pounds. They feature an easy-to-read LED screen, simple control setup and a database that can store multiple job setups. Users can define fill rates to ensure accuracy to within 0.3 ounce. They come in five widths, from 12 inches to 36 inches.
