MTM 2225 N2N MTM's new horizontal large-neck spin trimmer is designed for containers blown neck to neck within a single cavity, also known as logs, and can handle containers with larger necks at a high throughput. Its dual-drive belt system controls the rolling speed and direction of the container, and a new blade holder design makes setup easy.
What's new? The ability to trim necks greater than 6 inches in diameter with a throughput in excess of 100 logs per minute.
Benefits Compact size; the trimmer keeps the same 50-inch wide, 60-inch long footprint of earlier models. Its infeed chute is fully adjustable to fit most log designs. The color touch-screen HMI controls rotational speed and direction.
