What's new? The pelletizer, which is based on the Z series. While using the same rotor, upper feed roll and bed knife as the earlier series, the ZE boasts a number of new features. It has a supported bed knife holder and redesigned feed table.
Benefits Cost-competitiveness and toughness. The ZE's new features make it more durable and better able to process heavily filled engineered materials. The new, straight discharge chute allows for better pellet flow and can be removed for cleaning. To improve the maintenance process even further, the feed table has been designed so that it can be tilted out of the way, providing access to the cutting chamber.
