MAC-1197 The MAC-1197 flow promoter and surface enhancer for rotational molding was designed to be sprayed over an existing mold-release coating to enhance penetration in difficult areas such as tight corners and cross sections. Marketed by the McLube division of McGee Industries, MAC-1197 works for multiple cycles before it needs to be reapplied. It is available in 1-, 5-, 55- and 275-gallon containers.

What's new? The flow promoter, which was introduced earlier this year.

Benefits Improved appearance of rotomolded parts. MAC-1197 improves resin flow to difficult-to-reach areas in the mold, prevents the formation of holes, blemishes and defects in the part, and makes part removal easier.
