Flexicon's new bulk-bag discharging system can be used to empty bags of virtually any combustible or noncombustible resins, additives or compounds.

Bulk-Out BFC series Designed for safety in potentially explosive environments, Flexicon's new bulk-bag discharging system can be used to empty bags of virtually any combustible or noncombustible resins, additives or compounds, and to convey the material to processing machines or materials-handling equipment. It is available with a hopper and flexible screw conveyor, tubular cable conveyor or rotary airlock valve for feeding material into a pneumatic conveyor line.

What's new? An all-pneumatic version that came out in April. It features a pneumatically powered hoist and trolley that raise and position the bag inside the discharge frame, eliminating the risk of potential sparks.

Benefits Trouble-free, complete emptying of bags. With its stainless-steel construction, the discharging system is designed to withstand tough environments.
