TiX620 infrared camera Fluke's new infrared camera has a resolution of 640 pixels by 480 pixels. It features a screen measuring 5.6 inches — big enough that thermographers can identify issues just by looking on the camera while still in the field. Within the plastics industry, applications for the camera include monitoring the thermal profiles of mold cores and cavities and inspecting parts as they're made. The camera can also be used to inspect equipment, such as cooling lines, heater bands, dryers and motors, for problems.
