Negative-kick, top-entry robot Yushin's new all-servo model is designed for injection molding machines with clamping forces of at least 800 tons. It includes a two-axis servo wrist and Yushin's E-touch controller.
What's new? The as-yet unnamed robot. The robot displayed at K 2016 featured a traverse stroke of about 8 feet and a main arm stroke of about 5 feet, but other stroke lengths are available. The new design fixes the vertical axis module to the kick-axis framework, and the complete assembly can move both forward and back.
Benefits Compatibility with very long parts and molds equipped with rack systems.
