Sesotec has upgraded its line of Flake Purifier sorting systems, which are built to withstand problems caused by dust.

Flake Purifier+ Sesotec has upgraded its line of Flake Purifier sorting systems. The new, compact machines, which are built to withstand problems caused by dust, can process a variety of materials, including PET, HDPE and mixed plastics. They feature multiple kinds of sensors, which make possible shape, color and material sorting, as well as metal separation.

What's new? Numerous enhancements to the line. They include new SesoDesk software and the integration of new vibratory feeder modules and a pressure vessel in the housing of the machine.

Benefits Improved material separation and higher throughputs, compared to Sesotec's earlier systems. With its new, longer inclined chute and upgraded vibratory modules, the Flake Purifier+ sorts more quickly, and its construction allows easier access for maintenance.
