Coperion's new stainless steel rotary dosing valve was developed for dosing small quantities of powder or granulate materials.

ZZB Coperion's new stainless steel rotary dosing valve was developed for dosing small quantities of powder or granulate materials, such as additives, in environments that require cleanliness, including clean rooms. It is available in inlet and outlet sizes of about 3 and 4 inches.  It is rated for a pressure surge of 10 bar, making it safe for use in environments where explosion is a risk. As an option, a 10-blade motor is available.

What's new? The rotary valve, which hit the market in the last couple months.

Benefits Sanitary performance, and convenient, easy-to-use design. The corrosion- and chemical-resistant unit has been polished by hand. It resists buildup and can be easily cleaned. The rotor can also be easily removed from its housing. In addition, it has easy-to-open connections at both the inlet and outlet, simplifying installation and maintenance.
