What's new? The software version, the first of the company's new approach to upgrades. Starting with the release of the R1 early this year, Vero now plans to offer new versions of its software every six months. Across the range of its R1 offerings, Vero has put an emphasis on increased automation, allowing users to more easily visualize and build the tools and components specific to their jobs. For example, new CAM features for 2-D and 3-D milling, as well as wire electric discharge machining, are included with some of the modules. The updates include graphic enhancements, added tool simulations and an improved user interface.
