Feedmax B203 net Wittmann Battenfeld is offering a new material loader for vacuum conveying systems. Made of stainless steel, the loader features a flap lid for easy cleaning and a slanted aperture for unrestricted access to the interior. The word "net" in the name indicates the ability to control several loaders at once via a remote, touch-control unit.
What's new? The combination of the best features of the company's Feedmax S3 net single loader and its Feedmax B200 central material loader. The control system allows for the setting of loading times, dosage ratios and cleaning cycles for up to six units. The ambiLED status indicator, a feature of Wittmann's single-loader models, can be seen from far away and signals when there is a shortage of material in the conveying process. The Feedmax B203 net can be combined with vacuum generators with capacities up to 7.5 kilowatts, a feature on the B200 loaders.
