MH400 II The latest robot from the Motoman Robotics Division of Yaskawa America is targeted at machine and press tending and other applications with heavy payloads. It features full six-axis capability with parallel-link construction for strength, rigidity and stability. Heavy-duty bearings provide smooth arm rotation while the streamlined design allows the robot to reach into confined spaces. The robot is ideal for applications in which it positions parts for processing by other robots or two robots handle a single part. It can help eliminate the inconsistencies inherent in a manual process for applications such as turning, milling and grinding.
What's new? The robot.
Benefits Enhanced safety from updated guarding software, versatility and an energy-efficient design. The robot uses up to 70 percent less power during motion and 25 percent less during idle periods compared to previous models.
