GR04.100-HNBR gripper Fipa's new high-strength, anodized aluminum alloy sprue grippers are designed to gently remove injection molded parts from the machine. The automated grippers are intended to operate with automated materials handling systems in environments with filtered air.
What's new? The grippers' jaws, which are coated with hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber on all sides.
Benefits Maximum protection for parts. The gripper's jaws are coated so that they do not leave any markings behind that could prevent the successful painting or coating of the plastic parts they handle. The grippers weigh 1.69 ounces and have a 0.39-inch clamping diameter. Operating pressure spans about 36.26 pounds per square inch (psi) and 116 psi.
