WHAT'S NEW? The i3 and larger Aero Series systems now are fully integrated with a robotic system and on-site dry-ice-making manufacturing systems to fully automate surface preparation.
BENEFITS Thorough cleaning in a single pass without the use of water power washing or alcohol. There is no need to dry the part prior to painting. The process is dry, non-abrasive, there is no solvent residue, and it generates no secondary waste. Because it is automated, manual labor is eliminated and operating costs are typically 50 percent less than traditional systems.
