SSE retrieval robot  Designed for high-speed automation of injection molding, this latest robot from CBW Automation improves upon the company's high-flow vacuum system for fast transfer of parts to downstream operations. A PC-based control platform allows remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.

What's new?  The combination of the high-flow vacuum with a strip-stroke feature. The strip-stroke provides an additional axis of movement for the robot, allowing it to move with the mold during unscrewing of threaded closures, for example.

Benefits  The ability to achieve more complex mold and part geometries, fast stripping of undercuts. Mold-intrusion times of less than 0.5 second.
