The machine has a doorless, spherical oven and can be fully automated.

Sphere Oven SO 1.60 This rotational molding machine from Rotoline has a doorless, spherical oven and is especially suited for manufacturing small parts. Rotoline can equip it with an automatic raw material weighing system with up to four scales, which allows for the use of as many as four colors at one time. It also can be configured with a robotic arm for automated mold filling. Its mold temperature measurement system allows for more accurate control of the oven and cycle times.

What’s new? The rotomolding machine, which the company is touting as the first with a spherical oven. It features robust mechanics, a smart control and easy-to-use software.

Benefits Safe, automated, efficient molding. Automating the opening and closing of the molds, as well as part removal, improves operator safety. The machine’s automated features also speed up production and reduce operating costs. Because the oven is configured to open vertically, it saves space and reduces heat loss, compared to traditional ovens. Additionally, automated mold filling ensures precise material distribution and reduces waste.
