Rex Duo Plus These air-cooled Maag pulverizers can process a variety of materials, including LDPE, HDPE and ABS, for compounding, extrusion and recycling operations. They also improve the quality of powder for rotomolding. Remote access to the machine interface is available, as are various disc configurations.
What’s new? Introduction of Maag’s Vectored Air Technology, which the company developed with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis. Existing Rex Duo and Rex Duo Plus pulverizers with the teardrop mill design can be upgraded to the new vectored mill design. Details on the possibility for upgrades on a particular machine are available from Maag.
Benefits Increased throughput. The new Vectored Air Technology mill housing improves airflow, which enables throughput by up to 25 percent. The pulverizers are compact and energy-efficient.
