SenseGuard Models under this new umbrella of Eriez X-ray inspection systems can be used in a variety of industries — including packaging and bottling — to detect contaminants. They feature high-definition imaging with artificial intelligence (AI)-enhanced analysis to detect missing components, as well as metallic and nonmetallic contaminants — including glass, stone, bone and dense plastics — while also verifying fill levels and seal integrity. Four series are available, including the XRB for unpackaged bulk materials, XRP for packaged goods, XRS for upright containers and XRL for liquid and semi-solid pipelines. All models feature rugged stainless steel construction, IP65 washdown ratings and built-in rejection options to minimize downtime.
