Aerolight ejection hood improves quality, yields of film

What’s new? Pellenc’s new Aerolight ejection hood for sorting film. Five models are available as an option on a new Mistral+Connect sorting line, or as an upgrade, in widths ranging from about 4 feet to roughly 9 feet. Pellenc developed the hood to handle film or paper sorting for recyclers. It creates less drag on the film and requires no additional maintenance. Featuring trajectory control and automatic calibration, the ejection hood is designed to limit turbulence. 

Benefits Improved quality and yields up to 5 percent greater than previous sorters. Pellenc said material loss is reduced and no additional energy is used. The unit is designed for easy access and low operational costs.
