Rapid Connect Rapid Granulator's new Rapid Connect control system provides Industry 4.0 capabilities, with real-time monitoring and reporting of all granulators and shredders within a facility. The system includes cables and sensors that connect to the units it will monitor, allowing it to track data such as power consumption, temperature and vibrations. Up to 150 units can be connected to the central gateway, which uses long-range wireless technology to forward the data to Rapid Granulator’s cloud system.
