EFactor3 LLC, a Pineville, N.C.-based supplier of compounding machines and turnkey recycling and waste-handling systems, has added two new members to its team.
Richard Toberman recently joined the management team, where he will focus on expanding the company’s strengths as a turnkey provider, and Gerd Radke has been named the company’s plastic processing division sales manager.
Toberman is a senior-level strategic business development, operations, maintenance and engineering executive with more than 35 years of experience. He previously has served as senior VP with Continuus Materials LLC, an equity partner of Waste Management. In that role, he established and directed the operations and maintenance teams.
Radke has had a long career in manufacturing thermoplastic color, additives and engineered compounds, and has managed different production facilities and startups in Germany and North America. He began his career at Bayer AG and has held positions at Albis Plastics, Teknor Apex, Adell Polymers, TRCC, Advanced Color Technologies, Primex Plastics and Chroma Color.
