Hasco plug insert simplifies wiring

The H12294 offers improved performance in less space, along with reliability and long life.

H12294 This Hasco plug insert for 12 control zones eliminates the need for large, complicated connection boxes. The mounted housing corresponds to previous six-zone variants. The plug insert is especially suited for small, compact molds, as well as large multi-cavity injection molds, and situations where connection boxes would otherwise stick out from the mold and cause problems during assembly. The cables are fixed by means of a crimp connection. The wires are compressed permanently and reliably in the pins, but can be removed from the plug with a tool for rewiring.

What’s new? The plug insert, which Hasco announced in the fall.

Benefits Improved performance in less space, and reduced time requirements related to wiring. Using the plug insert, mold makers can optimize available space, and they need only half the space for the bulkhead mounted housing. The crimp technology offers a fast variation of the wiring, which guarantees safety, reliability and long life. In all, wiring requires only about one-quarter the previous amount of time.
