Z8085 Hasco’s new attachable coolant- line indicators are available in blue to show coolant entering an injection mold and red to show coolant exiting the mold. To further help distinguish one line from another, they are labeled with numbers ranging from 1 to 64. The clean-room-compatible attachments can be mounted easily on the surface of the mold or in a recess and are mechanically secured with a friction-locked connection.

Benefits Clear labeling of cooling lines to prevent connection errors that could adversely affect mold temperature control. Also, the lettering on the indicators will not wear off even in an ultrasonic bath, so the indicators can be left on a mold when it is cleaned.
