The controller was developed by Feller Engineering with partner Servomold.

MCSservo This hot-runner controller, developed by Feller Engineering GmbH with partner Servomold, integrates servo control. The control system is based on Feller's proven MCS type systems, and it combines up to 60 hot-runner control zones and a maximum of five elements for controlling servo-driven actuators under a common, user-friendly operator interface on a 10-inch touch display.

What’s new? The MCSservo, which debuted at Fakuma. New features include automatic position encoder switching, active fan control and advanced auto-tuning functions for the driven system components.

Benefits Compact, space-saving design. Combining the hot-runner controller with Servomold's new SMC servo control system brings new functionality to a single unit. It adds the ability to control high-precision rotational and linear movements in the mold. Operations are simplified with the controller’s intuitive, browser-based user interface. The controller provides maximum mold safety by optimizing parameters of the injection molding process.
