Z9905 Hasco’s new flow meter is appropriate for injection molding applications that require frequent readings of the cooling medium’s flow rate to the mold. It has a window with clearly marked lines indicating the flow volume in liters per minute. It can be used with water or water/glycol mixtures at temperatures of up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and operating pressures as high as 10 bar.
What’s new? The flow meter.
Benefits Reliable flow readings and ease of use. The device’s sturdy construction provides a direct mechanical reading, without requiring an external power source. A screwdriver can be used to precisely regulate or shut off flow completely. If necessary, the flow can be shut off completely. Installation is simple, and an arrow on the flow meter’s brass body provides a foolproof indication for aligning it with the direction of flow.
