Enercon Industries Corp. announced it has chosen Mike Ritterling to serve in the newly created position of technical support and field service manager.
Ritterling comes to the new position with experience leading international support teams and providing hands-on troubleshooting, repair and field support in the plastics and additive manufacturing machinery industries. In his new role, he will work to centralize and coordinate leadership over Enercon’s field service engineers and technical support departments.
“Mike has decades of experience in manufacturing and field service, which make him an ideal person for this new position,” said Ryan Schuelke, Enercon’s president and chief sales officer. “He understands the challenges of manufacturing environments and has a passion for delivering remarkable technical support.”
Headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wis., Enercon manufactures corona, atmospheric plasma treating and induction cap-sealing systems for the plastics, converting and packaging industries.
