Rapid Robotics announced it now is integrated with the entire robotics portfolio of Yaskawa America Inc., bringing its Rapid Machine Operator automation solutions to Yaskawa Motoman’s robotic arms.
Rapid Robotics said the move will allow it to deliver more speed, higher payload and increased performance to a greater number of manufacturers.
“Since our founding in 2019, Rapid Robotics has been committed to providing manufacturers with a holistic workforce solution in the form of accessible, low-risk automation,” said Jordan Kretchmer, CEO and co-founder of Rapid Robotics. “Today, we’re able to deliver on that commitment better than ever through our partnership with Yaskawa Motoman and their legacy of industrial expertise.”
Rapid Robotics, which is based in San Francisco, provides a turnkey robotic workforce for most common machine operator tasks on a monthly subscription basis.
With corporate headquarters in Waukegan, Ill., the Motoman Robotics division of Yaskawa America Inc. provides robots and other products for a wide range of automation needs.
