Model HSM-405SC-25 Plastic compounders can use this inline high-shear rotor-stator mixing system to mix a variety of materials, including filled resins, polymer slurries and emulsions. Featuring a 400-gallon jacketed tank, the mixer employs Charles Ross’ SLIM — solids/liquid injection manifold — technology. The unique shape of the mixer’s blades creates negative pressure behind them, sucking powders into the mixing chamber.

What’s new? The mixers, which Charles Ross announced in the summer.
