QC-11 This two-piece tool changer from ATI Industrial Automation makes possible automatic changes of end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), allowing compatible cobots to perform multiple tasks with a variety of tools. The tool changer features a pneumatically activated locking mechanism, which ensures that the EOAT remains attached in the event of a loss of air pressure.

What’s new? Completion of testing ensuring compatibility with cobots from Universal Robots. The QC-11 supports the cobots’ maximum payload of 22 pounds.

Benefits More-efficient tool changes. Because it is compact and lightweight, the QC-11 makes efficient use of the cobot’s workspace, without sacrificing much of its available payload.
