Silcotech North America has named Yogesh Chauhan as CEO amid several personnel moves.
He will oversee all executive functions, including operations, design, tooling, project management, supply chain and quality/regulatory affairs. He is also involved in sustainability initiatives.
Chauhan joined Silcotech in 2010 and has more than 25 years of experience in the medical and automotive sectors.
“Yogesh’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence and sustainability continues to drive Silcotech's success in the precision silicone manufacturing industry,” said Michael Maloney, president and cofounder of Silcotech.
Other personnel moving into new positions at Silcotech include Raphael Boettger, purchasing specialist; Manpreet Kaur, EHSQ (environment, health, safety and quality) specialist; Wei Li, quality manager; and Shane Nixon, production manager.
Silcotech, based in Bolton, Ont., specializes in liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding.
