SF 55 Wenzel’s new CNC bridge measuring device is well-suited for use close to the production line. It can be used with both tactile and optical sensors.

What’s new? Size. The SF 55 shares many capabilities of Wenzel’s larger SF 87 coordinate measuring machine (CMM), but it has a smaller footprint and lower price.

Benefits Ruggedness. Unlike some CMMs that must be kept in temperature-controlled labs, the SF 55 is accurate over a wide range of ambient temperatures. It is hardened for shop-floor use and protected against dirt and airborne contamination. It comes with passive vibration damping, and active vibration isolation is an option.
