Hopper magnets Eclipse Magnetics’ hopper magnets can be used to remove ferrous contaminants smaller than a micron from powders or pellets being fed into processing lines. The magnets can be used in blow molding, injection molding, extrusion and compounding machines.

What’s new? The magnets, which are designed and manufactured exclusively for the plastics processing industry.

Benefits A greater array of options to suit users’ needs. The magnets come in a range of standard sizes, and Eclipse can manufacture both square and circular designs as required. They are available in a fixed version that is usually placed inside a hopper, while the easy-clean version can be secured on studs outside the hopper housing.
