Husky Technologies has undergone a leadership change, with longtime CEO John Galt moving to the chairman’s role and COO Bradley Selleck taking over as CEO.
The moves were effective Oct. 1.
Galt joined Husky in 1985 and was appointed CEO in 2005. He will remain a meaningful shareholder and continue to advocate for sustainability practices across the industry. He also will assist the leadership team with customer and investor relations, as well as advanced product development, according to the company.
“Leading Husky has been one of the greatest honors of my career,” he said. “Over the last 19 years as CEO, I have seen this company evolve into a global leader, driven by our relentless pursuit of innovation and our commitment to making a positive impact on the world.”
Selleck joined Husky in 2022, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain and quality with large-scale global industrial organizations. As CEO, he will focus on Husky’s strategic priorities, emphasizing growth, sustainability, innovation and customer success.
Husky Technologies, based in Bolton, Ontario, manufactures injection molding machines, hot runners and molds.
