Arburg announced that beginning Sept. 1, Tobias Baur will succeed the retiring Gerhard Böhm as managing director of sales for the company’s sales and after-sales management division.
Baur is well-equipped for his new position, having spent many years with the Trumpf Group in Ditzingen, Germany, most recently as director of global sales, and as GM from 2014 to 2019.
Along with Baur, the Arburg management team will include Managing Partners Michael Hehl (premises development and spokesperson for management) and Juliane Hehl (global marketing and business development), as well as Managing Directors Guido Frohnhaus (technology and engineering) and Steffen Kroner (finance, controlling, information technology and human resources).
