H6 Hyrobotics builds upon its line of H5 robots, which have five axes, with a new line that has robots with six axes. Both lines can tend injection molding machines with between about 386 tons and 3,858 tons of clamping force. Options include weight or temperature detection, real-time monitoring and remote services. The robots can take out, inspect, deburr or palletize parts, or cut gates.
What’s new? H6 robots, which have a sixth axis. Seven models of the H6 robots are available.
Benefits Versatility, labor savings, economical use of space and ease of setup. The robots are appropriate for injection molding plants with low ceilings. According to the company, end-of-arm tooling also is easy to install.
