Gaylord covers MAC Automation Concepts’ gaylord covers keep contaminants out of the resin supply, as well as keeping resin from inadvertently escaping. Access ports for vacuum wands are secured with elastic zippers when not in use, and see-through vinyl windows let users check resin levels.
What’s new? A new line of covers. New features include the addition of two telescoping rods that allow one person to install the cover. The rods also adjust to the size of the gaylord and keep the cover from sagging, while an elastic band with a belt and buckle can be tightened to fit most standard sizes of gaylord containers.
Benefits Secure, adjustable resin protection. The covers are available in five sizes, multiple colors and can be customized with logos. Different colors can be used to indicate specific materials — such as virgin resin, recycled resin, etc. Covers can also be designed for unique applications. The covers have breathable filter panels and can include up to five ports.
