MHC Conair’s new Multi-Hopper Cart (MHC) package includes up to four Conair CH Series mass-flow hoppers mounted on a lightweight, durable pushcart. The MHC connects to a Conair dryer, and is designed to make it easy to dry resin offline and move it to where it is needed. The cart comes in two basic configurations. The simplest has hoppers with an insulated manifold system that supplies and returns air from a central dryer. For applications requiring larger throughputs or higher temperatures, the cart can be wired for power and individual heaters added to each hopper. The MHC can be integrated into the company’s SmartServices central monitoring and control platform.

Benefits Fast, clean material changes that take place away from the processing machine. Designed for easy cleaning, each fully insulated hopper can be removed from the cart for cleaning without shutting down the entire system. Additionally, the cart is only 35 inches deep, making it easy to maneuver down narrow aisles and saving space on the factory floor.
