Xtreme HiTemp These stainless steel manifold assemblies from Plastixs, featured at NPE2024, distribute high-temperature injection molding process water at temperatures from 320 degrees Fahrenheit to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with a rated working pressure of up to 680 pounds per square inch (psi). They can mount directly to a water unit or connect remotely using a high-temperature hose; Plastixs offers hoses with insulation sleeves to combat heat loss. Standard assemblies feature four to eight ports. End- and center-inlet series are available.
