FH series This in-line vision system from Omron can detect small defects in molded or extruded parts, as well as subtle changes in color. To comply with standards in heavily regulated industries, such as health care, the FH-series models can store all inspection results. The FH-series systems include cameras, a controller, lighting, lenses and advanced-image software; customers can specify the exact components, based on their needs.

What’s new? Two new base models of FH controllers; four new cameras with resolutions of up to 20 megapixels and speeds of up to 552 frames per second; and Omron’s new Multi-Direction Multi-Color (MDMC) Light. The MDMC Light changes illumination angles, directions and colors depending on the specific characteristics of the object that’s being inspected.

Benefits The ability to spot defects that the naked eye can’t see. With the MDMC Light, the FH series detects all scratches and other defects on products, no matter how small.
