Color Key Clear View This new line of lubricators from Oil-Rite is appropriate for use with many types of industrial equipment that feature moving chains, joints, rollers or sprockets. Lubricators, also called oilers, consist of a reservoir and one or more valves that control the flow of lubricant to an applicator. Color Key Clear View reservoirs are available in capacities of 1 pint, 1 quart, 0.5 gallon and 1 gallon.
What’s new? Color coding. The devices are made from clear acrylic or glass, with top and bottom pieces made from PP colored red, blue, yellow or green.
Benefits Simplified maintenance. The color-coded lubricators provide a clear-cut way to identify different fluids, eliminating confusion for workers tasked with refilling the devices. The lubricators also can be used to draw attention to equipment that needs frequent monitoring. For example, a red reservoir might be used to indicate that the fluid needs to be checked at the beginning of every shift, while a yellow reservoir might be used for fluids that are checked less regularly.
