What's new? The release of Intera 5.2, the software that supports Sawyer. An expansion of Rethink Robotics' original Intera software platform, it includes a new feature called Intera Insights, which displays key performance indicators (KPIs) via a customizable dashboard on the cobot's on-board display.

Benefits Access to valuable data at a glance, including such metrics as cycle time, part count, speed and force. With Intera Insights, plant operators have access to information to make more informed production decisions. The software update also includes additions to Sawyer's vision capabilities, allowing manufacturers to optimize cycle time with improved vision or leverage in-house vision systems on Sawyer.
