Si-6 SERIES This new series of all-electric injection presses from Toyo is available in twelve models from 55 to 1,050 tons, targeting high-speed packaging, medical, automotive and appliance applications. The unit is being unveiled at NPE. Maruka USA is the exclusive North American distributor.
WHAT'S NEW? The System600 control unit provides highly responsive operation and includes new features such as Toyo's HSP mold protection system, a mold condition analyzing function and a molding navigation function, as well as a 15-inch touch screen panel. A V-clamp design, developed in collaboration with Kyoto University, enhances basic specifications such as tie-bar clearance and ejector stroke.
BENEFITS Better control capability than the previous generation, high precision clamping and energy efficiency. Options include standard, high pressure, high speed, and super high speed injection units.
