Coperion offers its smallest STS extruder

Coperion marked the 15-year anniversary of its STS twin-screw extruders by unveiling the STS 25 Mc11, the newest model in the line.
STS 25 Mc11 Coperion marked the 15-year anniversary of its STS twin-screw extruders by unveiling the newest model in the line. Designed with R&D tasks in mind, the extruder has a 25mm-diameter screw, and can handle batch sizes of 4.4 pounds with throughputs up to 176 pounds per hour.

What’s new? The STS 25 Mc11, which is Coperion’s smallest STS extruder. It made its debut at Chinaplas in May.

Benefits Repeatability. All results achieved with the STS 25 Mc11 can be easily scaled up to Coperion’s larger STS extruders. It is designed for easy cleanup and quick product changes.
