Polymer Fusion This continuous printing labeling technology from Polyfuze is designed to tackle longstanding challenges applying labels. The innovation fuses permanent, high-performance labels directly into the plastic during the extrusion process, and it’s appropriate for parts for a wide variety of sectors, including packaging, automotive or consumer goods.
What’s new? The release of Polymer Fusion for use in in extrusion lines.
Benefits A more efficient, durable and sustainable approach to product labeling. With the Polyfuze innovation, labels are applied directly into the plastic, rather than glued, so there’s no risk of them detaching or peeling. This process eliminates the need for post-processing. Labels applied in this way are designed to be durable and resistant to fading, wear, chemicals, ultraviolet-light exposure and extreme temperatures. Also, the system supports recycling efforts, because there are no labels that first must be removed in the washing process.
