Hennecke JFlex evo is compact, flexible

Nov. 1, 2024
The latest in the line of slabstock foam machines allows for quick formulation and color changes.

JFlex evo As Hennecke’s JFlex system of continuous-production slabstock foam machines approaches its 10-year anniversary, the company introduces the latest machine in the line, the JFlex evo. Both the original and the new machines are designed to produce medium volumes of foam. The JFlex evo uses the latest version of the intuitive Foamware software, with features including flow charts, calibration history and other tools to monitor pressures and facilitate quick recognition of potential irregularities.

What’s new? The JFlex evo, which has a more compact footprint than its predecessor.

Benefits Increased flexibility and lower material waste. The JFlex evo’s integrated continuous width adjustment lets manufacturers react to the constantly changing market requirements quickly. Innovations include its J-Pipe retaining zone and rise-plate, which contribute to its high efficiency. This allows for quicker formulation and color changes, cuts set-up time and boosts effective raw material use. The JFlex evo’s compact footprint allows it to be used in much less space than conventional continuous slabstock machines. The new machine also introduces integrated walkways along both sides of the foaming tunnel, offering secure monitoring of the production process while improving operator safety and comfort.
