Warp 100 Inoex’s Warp 100 can measure pipes on up to 38 points. The device comes in three sizes, measuring diameters from 90mm to 630mm, and wall thicknesses to 125mm. It not only works on pipes with demanding requirements, such as gas pipes, but also has numerous other applications in the plastics sector. It can produce measurements from all common plastic materials, including PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PA6 and PA12, PVC and polyvinylidene fluoride.
What’s new? The ability to measure thinner walls.
Benefits More measuring power. The minimum measurable wall thickness — once 5mm — is 2mm with a repeatability to within 0.001mm.
