Next summer, Incoe Corp. USA — a Troy, Mich., manufacturer of hot-runner systems — will move into a new corporate headquarters in nearby Auburn Hills, Mich. The new, 135,000-square-foot facility will cost more than $20 million and will consolidate and expand the operations from three existing facilities in the metro Detroit area into a single location.
The announcement comes on the heels of two other recent Incoe expansion projects: a doubling of the size of its Asian headquarters in Shanghai in 2013, and the consolidation of three facilities into a single European headquarters based in Rödermark, Germany, the following year.
