It also offers sustainability benefits, with the ability to process everything from virgin PET to up to 100 percent recycled PET.
EvoBlow XL Sidel’s new blow molder can produce PET containers with up to 10 liters of capacity, suitable for water, edible oil and food. The EvoBlow XL can produce a range of bottle formats and bottleneck dimensions, and is available as a stand-alone machine or integrated into a Sidel Combi system, which combines blow molding, filling and capping. It has an ergonomic embedded mold handling tool that makes positioning heavy molds easier and safer, and its mobile mold storage unit lets the molds be kept close to the machine for fast and safe access.

What’s new? The EvoBlow XL, released by Sidel in response to changing consumer demands for larger-format containers.

Benefits Flexibility. The EvoBlow XL can produce a wide variety of high-quality, large-format packaging with output rates of up to 18,000 bottles per hour, with a 98 percent overall equipment effectiveness. It also offers sustainability benefits, with the ability to process everything from virgin PET to up to 100 percent recycled PET. Its design includes a powerful new blowing circuit and valves that optimize output while helping to reduce energy consumption. It also maintains 75 percent of parts in common with the existing EvoBlow range, simplifying the stocking of replacement parts.
