Software collects, analyzes Intravis data

Dec. 8, 2022
Now available as a cloud-based solution, IntraVisualizer can determine trends and important information for the quality, manufacturing and management teams.

IntraVisualizer This data analytics software collects and analyzes all data recorded by Intravis inspection systems of bottles, jars, cans and containers. It accesses product-related quality data from all Intravis inspection systems in a production plant, analyzes them in detail, and uses them to determine trends and important information for the quality, manufacturing and management teams.

What’s new? Availability of IntraVisualizer as a cloud-based solution. At the K Show, the software worked in conjunction with a CapWatcher Q-Line, a system that uses as many as nine high-resolution cameras to check closures against more than 40 inspection criteria at a speed of up to 60 closures per second.

Benefits Access to quality data that helps manufacturers detect trends, minimize faulty parts, plan maintenance and maximize efficiency. Because it’s now offered through the cloud, Intravisualizer is available even to users who aren’t able to maintain their own IT infrastructure, and Intravis can provide updates automatically. The system is easy to use, and, with a browser-based connection, available anywhere through mobile devices, so blow molders don’t have to waste time trying to manage their data.
